I am obsessed with Pinterest. Let’s face it, we all are! I am guilty of pinning thousands of clothes, DIY ideas, recipes, makeup/hair tutorials, and anything else you can imagine. I find it funny to look at my thousands of pins to see which ones I have attempted to re-create and spoiler alert: not even half but I am trying!
Shortly after college, I realized it was time to adjust my diet from Sbarro and pop-tarts to something a little healthier. What better place to find recipes than Pinterest? Without knowing what recipes are going to turn out and which ones need some adjustments, it can be like finding a needle in a haystack.
Spending time and money on new recipes with them resulting in failure can be rather frustrating! (That’s not to say the recipes were bad, it could have very well been my cooking skills!) To help others save some time and money, I thought it would be fun to start sharing some of the recipes that I have made and have received Curtis’ Official Stamp of Approval!
I will continue to post more recipes that we find but wanted to kick the first post off with a few dinner ideas! I love trying out new recipes so feel free to share any that you love in the comments section!

This is by far one of our favorites. You can switch up the meat or go veggie, either way it’s amazing!
